Guest Access & Traffic Control
The event is open to all U.S. and Italian military members, U.S. and Italian civilian personnel with a valid base pass, and their families.
U.S. and Italian pass holders can sponsor up to 4 guests age 18+. If you are planning to invite a guest to this event, registration will be open from May 19th to June 7th at 11:59 PM, using a Gmail account through the following link or QR code. For Local Nationals, please note that the family member listed on the back of your base pass does NOT need to be registered as 1 of the 4 guests. Note that retirees and Italian & US contractors without a CAC will not be permitted to sponsor guests.
Attendees are requested to carpool, in order to minimize vehicle traffic & long lines at the gate. For guests under 18 years of age, a “Declaration of Liability for Minors” form must be printed, filled out, and brought to the gate on event day. Please note that minors do not count at 1 of the 4 sponsored guests.
Gate Hours on July 3rd:
North Gate: 3:00 PM – 11:59 PM
South Gate: 24/7; CLOSED 9:50 PM – 10:25 PM, due to Firework Fallout Zone
Attendees of 4th of July will be instructed by Traffic Control Patrols where to park based on the gate used to enter. All vehicles will be instructed to leave base from the same gate they entered.
Please note guest access requests are due for this event by June 7th at 11:59 PM. This is a strict deadline, and no exceptions can be made for late requests.
