Expert Care in a Safe & Nurturing Environment

The Child and Youth Programs Mission is to assist DoD military and civilian personnel in balancing the competing demands of the accomplishment of the DoD mission and family life by managing and delivering a system of quality, available, and affordable programs and services for eligible children and youth from birth to 18 years of age.

The Child Development & Youth Programs relies heavily on the support of spouses/dependents for full time and part time employment opportunities and positions. This is a great tool to have in your backpack as a military/civilian spouse or dependent; training provided for entry to experienced, pay increases as training levels are accomplished and transferable wherever you may go (Air Force, Navy, Army or Marines).

Hours of Operation

Extended Hours during exercises/inspections may be available.

Parental Involvement

Parent Advisory Board meetings are open to any parent of a child attending the CDC or Youth Programs. The meetings foster new ideas as well as help create special events for the children, parents, and staff of the CYP programs. Check the Aviano Parent Advisory Facebook page for details.
