Event Info

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Follow the sleigh bells & fresh cookie smells to this year's magical Wyvern Wonderland!

This one-day event is FREE to attend for those with base access! Wyvern Wonderland 2023 will be full of activities, including a Carousel, Food Booths, Holiday Card Lane, Music from the Air Force Band, and MORE! Plus, don't miss our very special surprise guest and the lighting of our gorgeous, giant tree! It's going to be fa-la-la-la-fabulous!

Event Access

The event is open to U.S. and Italian military members and their families and to U.S. and Italian civilian employees holding a valid DBIDS pass. On the event date - Saturday, October 28th - area and time restrictions indicated on the DBIDS pass will not apply. Please note:

Guests: Only an employee’s 18+ family members listed on the back side of the DBIDS pass can access the base and join the event. Please contact the LVIS Gate to sponsor any other external visitor not listed on your DBIDS pass.
Underage Children: A Declaration of Liability of Minors form must be completed and shown at the entry gate on the event day to allow an employee’s underage children entrance. Blank forms or those filled out incorrectly may result in access denial at the gate.
Contractors: Access to the event for U.S. or Italian contractors is not permitted.

Base-Wide Holiday Card Decorating Contest

Show off your creativity & holiday spirit! Units, squadrons, and private orgs are invited to participate in this year's Holiday Card Decorating Contest.

Stop by Arts & Crafts between now and November 22nd to register and pick up wood for your card. Cards will be displayed outside of the Post Office, and must be set up by November 27th at 12PM.

Judging will take place during Wyvern Wonderland on November 30th, and winners will be announced at approximately 6:30 PM. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place!
