This directory has been created to assist you in getting familiar with the base and all it has to offer. From finding childcare to identifying recreational activities, this directory will provide you with all the information you need to make your time at Aviano Air Base enjoyable. *In/Out Processing on Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri is from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
*In/Out Processing on Wed is from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm.
Closed at 12:30 pm for training on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
We close at 12:30 PM on the third Thursday of every month for training.
CAC Appointments: Scheduled appointments will be Mon - Fri from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Walk-ins are from 7:30 am - 8:30 am.
Closed every third Tuesday for readiness training, case processing, and program/process management. During this time, the MPF will be available for emergency requests ONLY. Please contact your unit CSS or Chain of Command, who can contact the MPF on your behalf during closure hours.
A parent or legal guardian may pick up the passport for a minor under the age of 16. Any person 16 and older MUST be present to pick up and sign for their passport. If you are picking up a renewal passport, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OLD PASSPORT, otherwise, you'll need to come back another time.
