If we do not have enough in some age brackets, we will have to merge ages in a safe manner to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate.
AYP will provide One Mouthguard per Child & One Jersey.
Youth Requirements: Updated and uploaded sports physical from the MDG & Updated and uploaded immunizations with current FLU shot.
