Book Travel
All Patriot Shuttle requests must be promptly returned to the ITT Office via Org Box upon completion. Be sure to read the form carefully and fill out all required travel information fields (including payment details) before submitting a request.
NOTE: Reservations not booked in-person will not receive a paper receipt. Please refer to the shuttle confirmation email sent by the ITT Office for travel reimbursement purposes.
Return all completed Patriot Shuttle requests to the ITT Org Box 31fss.itt.aviano@us.af.mil with the following subject line:
INBOUND or OUTBOUND / LAST NAME, FIRST NAME / DATE OF SHUTTLE PICKUP
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
• Electronic Tender: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and GTC are eligible methods of payment; GTC is reimbursable on travel voucher. Discover is not accepted.
• Cash Tender: USD (American Dollar) cash is eligible for payment for in-person bookings. EUR (Cash Euro) is not accepted.
• Allow approximately 60+ minutes to go through customs – schedule shuttle pickup/drop-off accordingly
• Travelling with Pets: Allow an additional 60 minutes minimum to clear customs – schedule shuttle pickup/drop-off accordingly
• 24/7 pickup/drop-off service available (NOT ITT Office staff – only the Patriot Shuttle’s Person of Contact)
• The Patriot Shuttle can transport to on/off base destinations. See additional pricing below

Late fee (shuttles booked within 48 hours of travel)
Tardiness at pickup or drop-off location per every 10 minutes of delay (after 30 minutes)
Any pickup/drop-off location outside of the immediate Aviano Air Base area (10km+)

The ITT Office will contact you if pricing must be adjusted at any time before/after your shuttle reservation to collect any outstanding balances, so please provide correct contact and payment information at the time of booking.
